Add link to share puzzle with friends

When a user solves a puzzle there should be a link that allows me to email my friends on facebook and challenge them to get a better score. Posting on my wall would also be good.

Add section to the profile that let's me see recent activity like what puzzles were recently voted on or played, what puzzles I created and who has played them etc.
